Work description
The University of Plymouth (UoP) seeks proposals to develop an interactive mapping and data visualisation tool, to provide interactive access to UoP's HF Radar Station data on the north coast of Cornwall. The HF Radar Stations capture wave and current data within a defined area of sea surface. The challenge is to provide industry and the public with visual map based access to the data online, and the functionality for the registered user to interactively interrogate the platform. For more information please see attached PDF document or contact Steven Rice, MARINE-i Project Manager via: steven.rice@plymouth.ac.uk, Tel: 01752 588 301 The university has now made a sample data set available. To access this please email Dr Daniel Conley direct via daniel.conley@plymouth.ac.uk. For enquiries regarding HF Radar Station data, please contact Dr Daniel Conley on daniel.conley@plymouth.ac.uk | 01752 584 561. For enquiries regarding technical integration with university web infrastructure, please contact Rebecca Lee on rebecca.lee@plymouth.ac.uk | 01752 588 006. It is anticipated that the project will be part funded by the 2014-2020 European Structural Investment Funds (ESIF), specifically the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)
