THIS IS A ZERO VALUE CONTRACT TO THE COUNCIL To deliver a combination of solar modelling and impartial advice with optional managed installation for North Norfolk Residents at no cost to the Council\. The advice and modelling will be free of charge to the residents, any installations will be a contract between the residents and the Contractor\.
