Outsource refurbishment works from BCC Repairs and Maintenance Team to an external supplier to manage, via Constellia (AEC Omni CPV Neutral Vendor MSP Framework for Multi-Specialism Services).\r \r Following an internal approval process Constellia were instructed by Bristol City Council to directly award a contract for homes acquisitions and related works to the Simply Phi Group (Simply Phi) with Phi Property Acquisitions Limited being contracted for the acquisitions and Phi Works Limited for the works.
