Contract for Pantomime Entertainment and Related Services

The Council wishes to use this electronic Invitation to Tender (eITT) to select and award business to a preferred supplier capable of supplying our needs for the Christmas seasons of 2018/19. You are also invited to submit your proposals for 2019/20 and the optional extension period of 12 months to cover the Christmas season of 2020/21. The pantomime has followed the lines of a traditional family pantomime with a minimum of one well known celebrity. Consequently, it is the intention to continue with this format for the next 2 to 3 years
