## Description

Southend-on-City Council is looking to re-procure the committee management system \(also known as decision management system\) to ensure there is no service interruption at the end of the current contract term\. The committee management system is currently supplied by Civica UK Limited\. Use of the system is thoroughly embedded within Democratic Services and the wider Council\. It's public facing elements sit alongside the Council's website and, to the average user, would appear to be part of the website despite in fact being a standalone system\.
