Roadworks, A new approach to improving customer safety

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to carry out an independent review of how its major schemes ensure the safety of customers travelling through their associated roadworks. This review is part of Highways England's ongoing commitment to investigate how it can improve both the safety, and customer experience at/through roadworks and will report its findings directly back to the established Transforming Roadworks Group.
