Edwards and Edwards \(EAE\) are providing advice and support on PRTM transport modelling for the Leicester's Local Plan and neighbouring authorities emerging Local Plans, Workplace Parking Levy and carbon emissions\.\\r We will also require EAE to represent Leicester City Council at Public Inquiries to provide technical evidence on our behalf relating to PRTM model etc\.\.
