Loft Insulation 2023

Description

To meet the Decent Homes standards, CHP want to improve the insulation in some of our older homes. We are looking for an experienced Contractor to undertake the works, who can also access suitable grant funding to keep the overall costs low for CHP. The contract area will include approximately 150 properties across our entire estate, predominantly in and around Chelmsford but also in other areas of Essex. The number of properties included will be subject to budget constraints. Further details of the requirement can be found in the Scope of Works.
