## Description

Over the next five years the City of York Council will be undertaking an ambitious programme to deliver over 600 homes across eight Council-owned sites\. The Council is seeking a multi-disciplinary team to carry out the technical and design work for a number of sites that form part of its Housing Delivery Programme\.
