Provision of Removal and Storage Facilities

Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is invited to tender submissions for the provision of Removal Services and Storage Solutions , these services include but not exclusive : These possessions include but not exclusive to: - Domestic furniture -Equipment and goods and chattels, irrespective of floor level, shape or size of premises across the WHA asset base - Currently the goods and chattels that are transported generally represent the entire contents of a flat or house and may also include for example, garden furniture. - Additional services also include: packing and unpacking service, supply of packing cartons, long distance removals, lifting furniture through windows, dismantling and reassembling furniture, arranging disconnections/reconnection of white goods (following receipt of instruction from WHA colleagues). The appointed Provider will be responsible in conjunction with WHA for all mentioned services detailed within this Specification. The anticipated contract commencement date is 12 December 2025 with an initial period of 36 months with the preferred Supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months, making 48 months in total.
