The services \(a - g\) listed in the table below are sub-weighted\. A sub-weighting of 10% is allocated to Channel Planning; the remaining services are allocated a sub-weighting of 5% each\. The column labelled "% of FTE" and the row "Total cost for all elements \(a-g\)" are deleted\. VisitBritain will calculate the mean of each service \(i\.e\. channel planning across all 14 markets\) and then use the relative scoring formula \(lowest price bid x price weighting divided by price of tender being evaluated equals price score\) for each service \(a - g\)\. The seven sub-weightings will then be summed to result in the tenderers total Cost score\. Advertising and marketing services\.
