## Description

LLA require 4 Lots of surveys to be carried out in order to further develop a RIBA stage 3 design\. The surveys that are part of this RFT as listed below o Lot 1: Ground Investigations o Lot 2: Structural Survey o Lot 3: Existing Building Services Survey o Lot 4: Pavement Survey There is no limit to the number of Lots that a single tenderer will be awarded\. These may be awarded singularly or as a combination at LLA's discretion based on which combination best suits our needs\. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button\. Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress\. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions\.
