## Description

To provide Consultancy support in accordance with the non-exhaustive list below\\r • Data collection, aggregation and review as required to support \\r o the BSIP project \\r o the Bus Reform work stream \(EP & Franchising\)\.\\r • Work with the CPCA in developing a new demand model for public transport in the CPCA area in conjunction with supporting the current demand modelling as GIS maps\\r • Development of a new bus network masterplan\\r • Preparation of full Green Book Business Case for Bus Reform, and support in the Audit stage\\r • Facilitate the required public consultancy \(as detailed in the above masterplan including organising events, materials and attendance and then feedback review as instructed by the CPCA\\r • Support for reconciling feedback and preparing comparison of outcomes, for Mayoral decision\.
