Equipment for the High Level Disinfection of Ultrasound Probes

NHS SBS are looking for suppliers to provide automated decontamination systems, plus all associated consumables and equipment, for use with semi critical ultrasound probes and semi invasive/non-invasive ultrasound probes. High level disinfection is required to kill the HPV viruses. The equipment must be: • Automated • Kill HPV • Comply with Health executive guidance • Completely eliminate all micro organisms • Must be compatible with all probes as identified in the MHRH guidance. • Able to disinfect the entire device.

Additional information: NHS SBS has the option to extend this framework agreement for 12 months from the end of the initial 36 months.
