? Provision and delivery of tyres and tyre management services within the borough of Oldham. ? Both an onsite service at the Moorhey Street depot and a roadside assistance service is required. ? The contractor must be available 24 hours a day for call outs and respond within 45 minutes. ? Weekly fleet inspections are also to take place.
