Tender for the major internal refurbishment works to Pierremont Hall, Broadstairs. CT10 1JX Pierremont Hall is a Grade II listed Georgian building, which will be refurbished to a mixed use building, with community and commercial office space. Listed building consent has been obtained for the internal works.
