## Description

The South East Consortium \(SEC\) invites you on behalf of a guest member, Soho Housing, to tender for their Heating Servicing, Maintenance and Installations contract\. The successful heating contractor will be required to carry out a 3 star \(all inclusive\) servicing, maintenance and installation contract to its domestic gas and non-gas \(electrical\) appliances and heating systems in approximately 690 properties across 108 blocks \. The contract is to cover individual boilers in self-contained blocks - gas to 613 self-contained dwellings and electrical to 73 self-contained dwellings\.Soho Housing anticipate approximately 30-35 gas boiler installations and 4-5 storage heaters per year\. Intergas combi boilers are to be installed unless agreed with Soho Housing\. However, the installation of a combi boiler will depend on the water pressure in the property\.
