1-1070 Maintenance and Development of COBA, QUADRO, MyRIAD and SAR

Highways England (HE) is looking to appoint a supplier for a two year task (ending 31st May 2022) for maintenance and development of some of its appraisal tools. The project involves the following activities: (A) Maintenance of the COBA, QUADRO, MyRIAD and SAR appraisal tools, including distribution, user support, the recording and removal of bugs and updating of the tools and manuals in line with changes to WebTAG. (B) The continuing development of MyRIAD to improve the quality of results and ease of use. (C) The updating of the technical annex of the Highways England Appraisal Manual entitled Appraisal of Technology Schemes to reflect changes arising as a result of (A) and (B) above. This will include updates to the look up tables of benefits in Annex B of the document.
