## Description

Blackpool Council wish to commission a service to provide Mediation and Disagreement resolution\. The service will provide disagreement resolution, mediation advice and mediation services to support children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities together with their parents, including disagreements where Education, Health and Care plans have been assessed by Blackpool Council and its partners\.
