## Description

A Leadership Development programme for 6 leaders from GMFRS to select and work on a place-based project or change initiative within GM / GMFRS\. The 6 leaders can request other GMFRS colleagues to join them on the projects meaning that up to 30 members of staff can access development through the programme\. Delivery consists of workshops, webinars, subject matter expert support through project work, 1-1's and peer coaching\.
