Work description
Provision of consultancy services to support the development and scope building of the Integrated Pipeline at for two sprints of work between March 2025 and May 2025.
Consultancy team consists of five people working a total of 112 days between them during two five-week sprints subject to a break clause between Sprint 1 and 2
To develop the Integrated Pipeline and to understand its overall scope and support the development of the GMCA 10-year Growth Plan.
Constellia appointed via Neutral Vendor framework, delivery of services subcontracted to Ernst & Young
