## Description

Leeds Trinity University seeks advice from independent experts/authorities/market participants in the field of Facilities Management, with a view to developing the scope and specifications needed to plan and conduct its procurement procedures\. The university has been providing outstanding, student-centred higher education for more than 50 years at its Main Campus in Horsforth, and from September 2024, will also be delivering in the heart Leeds at the new 57,000 square foot City Campus located at Trevelyan Square\. Envisaged services to be in scope: • Reception Services\. • Car Park Management\. • Cleaning Services including hygiene, window, and glazing cleaning\. • Pest control\. • Porters' services\. • Waste Management\. • Grounds Management Not in Scope • Security, manned guarding • Catering More information about the service requirements and this consultation phase is provided in the attached document: EFM094 Preliminary Market Consultation Guidance\.docx Subject to the level of responses and information exchanged, requests to participate in this preliminary market consultation will likely be received until 26th January 2024\.
