## Description

The School Governors wish to establish a Football Academy from approximately autumn 2016 at the School to provide the local and regional community a unique opportunity for students starting school at secondary age to benefit from specialist coaching and education that will help them prepare for careers in professional football\. The contract is for the provision of specialist football coaching, training and education for young footballers between the ages of 11-18 that have joined the school specifically to access the Kingsmeadow Football Academy\. The Supplier will work with the school to provide an integrated curriculum where football coaching, training and theoretical work will make up a fifth of students' curriculum time, equivalent to 6 hours a week\.
