## Description

Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG wishes to procure an Integrated Language & Communication Service\. The Contract will commence on the 01st May 2020 and will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the CCG\. The estimated spend over the 5 years is £3,859,755\. The spend figures given are estimates only based on historical activity they are not to be taken as a guarantee of activity\. Please see service specification within project in EU-Supply for full details of service\. Please note there is a financial threshold associated with this procurement\. Any bids exceeding the total 5-year value of £3,859,755 will be disqualified\. No bids over £3,859,755 will be accepted\. Contracts are annually adjusted inline with National guidance\.
