## Description

Hull City Council, on behalf of the Humber LEP's Business Growth Hub, wishes to commission the delivery of a series of Peer Networks \(6 cohorts\), with each cohort consisting of 11 owners or managers from the SME business community participating in each cohort \. Additional individual 1-2-1 support \(coaching, mentoring, or advice\) will also be provided\. Programme participants will benefit from both access to a professional action learning facilitator and 1-2-1 support outside of the group sessions\. Importantly, the content of the sessions is driven by the participants from a list of key themes and can be tailored to focus on their specific needs, including wider issues that may be affecting their sector, locality, or business model\.
