Provision of Employee Assistance Programme

Please note this notice is for an AWARDED contract and is NOT a call for competition. The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme, that will provide a telephone and web-based helpline for employees giving advice and support regarding both work and non-work-related issues. This was a direct award via ESPO Occupational Health Services reference 985B Framework Lot 2 Employee Assistance Programmes and is therefore PCRs 2015 compliant. The contract is for an initial term of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The anticipated value is £3,787.52 plus VAT per year but will increase if additional services are called off within the terms of the framework agreement.
