Work description
Believe Housing Limited (believe housing) wish to appoint a contractor for the Demolition of existing buildings, design and construction of an older persons' residential apartment scheme of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, built over three storeys. The scheme will be designed to meet the increasing need for further elderly persons' accommodation in Seaham.
