Description

The Council invites Tenders to provide the following processing services via the Capita revenues and benefits systems: Revenues processing (council tax and business rates ~ occupations, moves vacations, discounts, exemptions, emails, general correspondence, Recovery, instalment requests, Phones Benefit processing (change in circumstances, new claims, ATLAS, UCDS records, income from earnings, memo messages between Council Tax, and Benefits, and incoming emails). System Administration, System housekeeping, Mass Recalculation, Integrity corrections, system balancing, payment runs, table amendments, new/patch upgrades, System Reports/SQL, End of Year processes.
