Site Wide Roof Repair Works 2018/19, PGMC & Antenatal Block - CHS18-038

The Trust is inviting contractors to submit a quotation for the replacement of the existing flat roof on the Post Graduate Medical Centre (PGMC).

Contractor will be required to supply labour and materials to remove all coverings back to the profiled metal deck and dispose of from site. Prepare surface and install a high performance built-up felt roofing system incorporating insulation on this two storey block. The Trust is using the Due North (Procure) e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal").
