Work description
Corserv on behalf of Corserv Facilities Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to to construct a steel frame shed at Higher Carvinick Farm Shortlanesend under an NEC 3 minor works contract.
You should include for all labour, plant and materials (unless stated otherwise) within your price using the activity schedule attached in Appendix - A. You should also allow for all preliminaries, supervision, management and small tools to complete the works.
