Westminster City Council (WCC) intends to enter into an agreement or agreements with a single development partner(consortia) in relation to the redevelopment of Huguenot House. The agreement(s) will be for the construction, funding and delivery of a Commercial Led solution to create a destination building which will have a broad, positive impact on the area by enhancing its vibrancy
