## Description

An Architect-Led Multidisciplinary Design Team is required for the Ward 14 refurbishment taking place at University Hospital North Durham\. This design team is urgently required to ensure risk of the entire programme's timeline being affected by a delayed appointment is minimised\. This urgency became clear after Procurement liaised with key stakeholders from the Estates sub-group; John Cronin - Capital Programme Lead, and Christopher Robinson - Senior Estates/Project Manager, not only may it affect the timeline of the programme, funding for the design team role is related to the end of the financial year 2021/22\.
