Work description
Development of a range of standard housing designs and template unit specifications (mix of types, tenures, appearance), together with accompanying design guide (incl. urban/landscape design), energy / materials & systems strategies and elemental / life cycle cost analysis. House types to be developed to RIBA Stage 3 (capable of submission for planning approval in conjunction with specific site based proposals).
