## Description

The A63 Castle Street have had a gap in support from a qualified Risk Manager for a period\. This person was a request from the National Highways \(NH\) project team to lead risk from our side\. It was presented at a project committee that the schemes required a NH Risk Manager; in addition to the missing Balfour Beatty Risk Manager\. The service is required to ensure NH are overseeing the risk process\.
