The London Borough of Barnet procured a contractor to deliver Action for Silk Stream Main Contractor Works - Flood Risk and Landscaping Scheme in Lot 1 -Watling Park HA8 0RW in Barnet for London Borough of Barnet and Lot 2 - Chandos Recreation Ground HA8 6JD in Harrow for London Borough of Harrow. Each Lot Contract is for a fixed period of 9 months, with an optional extension of further 6 months subject to performance and budget. These contracts will be subject to break clauses and rectification delivery period. This notice applies to the award of Chandos Park (lot 2) Harrow. A separate notice will be issued by Barnet Council in relation to Lot 1 Watling Park.
