## Description

The Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a Community Infrastructure Levy \(CIL\) Viability Assessment\. The study will help the Council determine the viability of CIL and aid the formulation of a preliminary Draft Charging Schedule for residential development in the Borough \(The Council is not currently considering charging CIL on any other forms of development\)\.
