GB-Leeds: Z/3178 Refurbishment of Central Teaching Accommodation Summer 2018

The project comprises internal refurbishment of teaching rooms within the following buildings, located on the main University of Leeds campus:

1. Parkinson Building - 8 Rooms 2. Roger Stevens Building - 7 Rooms 3. Liberty Building - 12 Rooms 4. Clothworkers Building - 1 Room 5. Michael Sadler Building - 7 Rooms 6. Worsley Building - 10 Rooms

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
