## Description

Highways England \('the Company'\) is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support us develop a maturity matrix for CAP \(similar to the Society of Automotive Engineers \(SAE\) for Connected Autonomous Vehicles \(CAV\)\) and prepare a test bed to undertake a demonstration on a live Highways England site showcasing technological advancements in construction automation and generating discussion with view of wider business implementation\.
