Call off From Health Trust Europe (HTE) Consultancy & Advisory Services Framework. EU Exit is unique in its breadth and complexity, requiring departments to prepare for multiple scenarios in parallel, and to deliver at pace amidst the inherent uncertainty and complexity of negotiating with the EU. The nature of the EU Exit work required by the Department is particularly uncertain, given the fundamental differences in how EU Exit will progress. A Strategic Delivery Partner is required to cover mainly five distinct work packages, namely: A. Improving Plan Robustness B. Supporting Cross-cutting Elements C. Embedded streamlined Governance and Reporting D. Strategic Portfolio support E. Targeted interventions to support high risk complex projects.
