## Description

Dorset Council has a requirement to appoint a supplier to lead on designing and implementing a suitable DfT approved Permit Scheme for Dorset\. It also allows for the support of a Permit Scheme during the first 2 or 3 years of operation\. There are therefore two distinct stages that a single supplier will have to be able to deliver - Stage 1 \(Design, Develop and Implement\) and Stage 2 \(Operational Support\)\.
