Luton Investment Programme Evaluation

We wish to appoint an evaluator to analyse and measure the success of Luton Investment Programme at achieving its stated outcomes over the course of the three years of activity (2016-19).

Once funding has been awarded, an Arts Strategy Group led by Arts Council England will be formed which will meet between four and six times annually. Membership will include representatives from the three strategic partners and all successful applicants. The role of the group will be to: 1. Support the achievement of the mission of Luton Investment Programme 2. Monitor progress towards the outcomes identified in the Model for Change 3. Ensure strategic local ownership of Luton Investment Programme and the wider long-term strategic development of arts and culture in Luton.

The evaluator will be expected to work with the group to agree the evaluation approach and delivery.
