GB-UK: Client Monitoring Team

Please read instructions carefully relating to how to gain access to tender documentation.The Pirbright Institute is seeking to procure a Client Monitoring Team, to support the delivery of the design and construction of the Specified Pathogen Free (SPF) Hatchery Facility.

Additional information: Applicants should note that they are required to complete a Confidentiality Agreement before tender documents will be made available. The Authority will not provide access to any Applicant who does not complete the Agreement.

When the Confidentially Agreement has been signed you will be provided with a link to a Dropbox folder where you will be able to access all of the Tender Documents.

The Authority is managing the signing of the Confidentiality Agreement via Adobe Sign (electronic signature). You are therefore required to message this tender box with details of the duly authorised persons (2 Directors/Partners) in your organisation who can sign the Agreement. Please provide the names and email addresses of both signatories. Once received, you will firstly receive notification via Adobe Sign for signature. When the Agreement has been signed by both signatories, you will be provided with the link to the Dropbox folder so that you can access all of the tender documents.

The last date by which the Authority will accept signed Confidentiality Agreements is 30/09/16. Any Applicant who does not complete a Confidentiality Agreement by this date will not be permitted to tender for the opportunity.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
