Wiltshire Police require an external Contractor to provide a complete plan for secure transportation of police officers and support staff which includes \(not limited to\); supply of vehicles, drivers, timetables and passenger schedules that is fit for purpose, complies with all relevant legislation in order to efficiently, effectively and safely carry Operational Personnel and their equipment so that they can undertake operations\.
