## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of specialist consultants with extensive knowledge of pavement engineering research\. This will assist SES Pavement Materials team to provide technical assurance and support towards the delivery of Major Projects and Regional Investment Programmes, in contribution towards Highways England Delivery Plan\.
