Traffic Signal Maintenance

Maintenance of traffic signals, associated traffic control equipment and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). As the local highway authority, Warrington Borough Council is responsible for all aspects of traffic signal control and for ensuring the road transport network operates safely and efficiently. To enable this, Warrington has invested in several traffic control systems and a number of proven, cost effective and readily available Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
