A contract has been awarded to PA Consulting Services Ltd to undertake Discovery and potentially other phases of development in order to explore the needs of users if the proposed UK NPM 2019 is adopted. The NPM regulates the advertising of food and drinks products to children via either broadcast or non-broadcast media.
