## Description

The requirement is for a Provider to propose how DCMS understand and measure the impact of the 5G Testbeds and Trials Programme and baseline this\. This includes an assessment of existing Programme benefits, logic model, and monitoring and evaluation metrics, and to propose improvements to these\. The appropriate evaluation methodology should be established and programme of work proposed to understand the outcomes and impacts of the 5G Programme, and how the individual projects funded contribute to these\.
