Following a comprehensive market review, Locata (Housing Services) Limited has been identified as the preferred supplier. Locata offers a single contract that encompasses the full scope of services required by the Council. Due to the specialised nature of this market, there are limited suppliers capable of delivering the complete range of services specified.
