Liverpool City Council wishes to open the Provider Lists for Community Support Services and Specialist Residential and Nursing Services for the following client groups: Complex Dementia \(Residential and Nursing Care only\); Complex Needs - Clients with multiple impairments, qcquired brain injury \(ABI\), Physical and Sensory impairment \(PDSI\), Learning Disability/Autism, Mental Health \(including Dual Diagnosis\), and Substance Misuse \(including social care and physical health needs\), and Shared Lives\.
