## Description

This commission is for a 12-month consultancy service/support to assist the 'Swift on Rail Project '\. Responsible for leading the rollout of Swift Go, the region's best value capping solution, onto the wider West Midlands rail network \(the West Midlands Rail Executive managed area\) and potentially beyond\. To develop and enhance strategic partnerships with the Department for Transport, Great British Rail, West Midlands Rail Executive, the Rail Delivery Group and Train Operating Companies\.
